We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services. No ownership rights are transferred.

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for Services during the three (3) months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Mexico, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Albuquerque, New Mexico.
