  • Setup fees, consulting fees, subscriptions, retainers, and custom work are non-refundable
  • Completed deliverables and delivered outputs are non-refundable
  • Partially used periods (monthly/annual) are non-refundable
  • Change of mind or dissatisfaction does not qualify for a refund

3. Cancellations

If you are on a recurring plan, you may cancel future renewals at any time. Cancellation stops future billing, but does not refund amounts already paid.

4. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you have an issue, please contact us first. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution and may result in suspension of access to services.
